Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because our work is custom and time-based, refunds follow how far the project has progressed. Paste this into Shopify's Refund policy box.

When you cancel	What happens
Within [48 hours] of paying the deposit, before work starts	Full refund of the deposit
After discovery or design work has started	Deposit is non-refundable; it covers the work already done
After design approval, during the build	You pay for work completed to date, at [the agreed milestone price]
After launch	No refund; the [30]-day bug-fix warranty still applies

How to cancel. Email [sahilsells13@gmail.com] with your project name. Cancellation is effective the day we receive it.

If we cancel. If we cannot complete your project, we refund any amount paid for work not yet delivered.

Unhappy with a stage? Tell us before approving it. We will revise it within the included rounds before any further payment is due.

Refund timing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [10] business days.
